Terms of Service
1. General
1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern use of the online service Buran TG Doctor (website proxy.buran-fly.com, Telegram bot and related interfaces; the “Service”) provided by the Administration.
1.2. By using the Service — including registration, paying for services or obtaining MTProxy access — you confirm that you have read and accept the Agreement in full.
1.3. If you disagree, stop using the Service.
2. Nature of services
2.1. The Service provides intangible digital services: MTProxy access by plan, internal balance top-up and related features.
2.2. Value lies in access, maintenance, updates and support within the selected plan.
2.3. Current prices are published on Pricing.
3. No warranties
3.1. The Service is provided “AS IS”.
3.2. The Administration does not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations, run without interruption or achieve any particular result.
3.3. The Administration is not liable for direct or indirect losses, third-party actions or temporary outages.
3.4. All decisions to use the Service are made by you at your own risk.
4. Lawful use
4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage unlawful activity.
4.2. You must use the Service in line with applicable law and third-party rules.
4.3. Responsibility for lawful use rests with you.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. Service materials and software are protected by IP law.
5.2. Copying, distributing, reselling or otherwise using Service materials without permission is prohibited.
6. Access limits
6.1. The Administration may suspend or limit access for Agreement breaches, abuse, or legal / payment-provider requirements.
6.2. Limiting access does not cancel prior obligations.
7. Payment & refunds
7.1. Payment is made via methods available on the Service. Funds credit the internal balance or activate the selected plan.
7.2. Services are prepaid. Refunds are possible under payment-system rules and applicable law, or for a technical credit error.

8. Changes
8.1. The Administration may change the Agreement. The current version is always on this page.
8.2. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new version.
